"Contract was clear, but keep an eye on the fees"
I signed up for xfinity after looking through the contract details, and overall it was mostly straightforward. I kind of assumed there would be the usual promo setup, and that’s basically what it was — the 12-month deal and price matched what I had seen online.

The only thing I’d say is that the extra fees and the price after the promo ends could be easier to notice. I always assume those little charges are hiding somewhere, so I checked, but it still could be clearer. Service has been steady so far, so I’d give it 4 stars.

I switched to Xfinity Mobile a few months back, the coverage has been dependable. I’m on the road a lot for work, so it’s a big deal to have a phone that actually works when you need it. My old service would drop in random spots, which was frustrating, especially when you’re just trying to do your job or get in touch with someone. Calls have been clear, data usually loads without a problem, and so far I don’t have much to complain about. It’s been a fair, solid experience, and that’s really all I ask...

"The tech showed up right on time..."
The tech showed up right on time and was polite the whole time he was here. I mostly paid attention to how he handled the actual fix and how clearly he explained it, and on that part he did a great job. The problem was taken care of quickly, though the overall visit did run a little longer than I expected.

"Support got it fixed, but I had my doubts"
I had to reach out to Xfinity about something weird on my bill, and I was a little suspicious from the start. The first rep didn’t really explain things clearly, which didn’t help. The second person was better and finally got it sorted out, but it took longer than I expected. Overall, it wasn’t awful, but I wouldn’t exactly call it great either

The tech showed up right on time, which I really appreciated because I had already moved my morning coffee and a couple errands around for the appointment. He got the WiFi set up quickly, and everything was working before I knew it. Super easy experience overall, no hassles at all.

I checked my address on a whim and, i was surprised XFINITY was actually available here now. Setup was simple too, which was nice because I was expecting some annoying back-and-forth or random issues. But nope, picked a date and that was basically it. Kind of a relief...

"Works fine, but I feel a little misled"
I’ve been using the xfinity modem and router for a few months now, the actual performance has been solid. Setup wasn’t too bad, and the WiFi reaches the bedrooms better than my old setup did, so I can’t really complain about that part.
That said, I do feel a bit misled because I expected the experience to be more straightforward based on how it was presented. The speeds are usually close to what I pay for, and streaming, work calls, and gaming have been fine, but I wish the details had been clearer upfront.

"WiFi was fixed fast"
My WiFi just randomly stopped working. Super annoying. I called tech support, and the guy talked me through it, clicked a few things on his end I guess, and then it was back. Took maybe a few minutes. way easier than I expected

I’ve been using xfinity for a while now, and the speed has been really good. Downloads finish fast, which I notice a lot, and video calls usually don’t freeze up on me. Also, gaming has been smooth most nights, so that’s been nice too

I’ve been using xfinity.com to check and pay my bill, it’s been smooth. So far, everything lines up with what I signed up for. No random extra charges, no surprise fees, at least not on the last few bills I’ve looked at. I like that I can pull up the details online real quick and see what I’m paying for. Just makes it easier to feel good about the bill.

I’ll give credit where it’s due — support got back to me quickly this time, which I really appreciated. I do wish the first message had been a little more detailed so I didn’t have to follow up again, but overall it was a much smoother experience than I expected.

The chat wait was a little longer than I would’ve liked, but once I got connected with a representative, the process was straightforward. They asked a few basic questions, verified the cancellation date, and handled it fairly quickly.

There wasn’t any pushy sales talk or unnecessary back-and-forth, which I appreciated. I received the confirmation email afterward and felt relieved. Overall, it was a much smoother cancellation experience than I expected.

I’ve been working from home for a while now, and I didn’t realize how much I relied on my internet until I had back-to-back video calls all day. Lately, Xfinity has been solid for me. I’ll have my laptop going, music playing in the background, and sometimes other stuff streaming in the house, and it keeps up without random drops or slowdowns. It’s been steady enough that I don’t really think about it anymore, which is kind of the best compliment I can give internet service. No real complaints from me.
